Kathy has been a REALTOR® since 2005 and from that point on she fell in love with all things real estate. Kathy created Team Shody Real Estate in 2008 with her son, Chris Shody. Their team has grown into a stellar group of extremely talented and dedicated realtors for which Kathy is extremely proud.
