Kathy Shody - Broker
Kathy is an ambitious, self-motivated, natural-born leader. She is the glue that holds the team together and leads the team with heart and integrity. Whether seeking to purchase or sell real estate, Kathy is extremely experienced in every aspect of real estate. Kathy began her career in IT and management working for a handful of multinational companies. In 2004, Kathy began to immerse herself in the real estate industry and set on a mission to obtain her real estate license. By 2005, Kathy was working with home builders in new construction. From that point on she fell in love with all things real estate. Kathy created Team Shody Real Estate in 2008 with her son, Chris Shody. Their team has grown into a stellar group of extremely talented and dedicated realtors for which Kathy is extremely proud.
